Was missing an item on my order. Attempted to contact them via the email listed on the website and in the Facebook group, tagged the owner in multiple posts in the group that I needed help with a missing item, and messaged the owner’s personal account - all no response. It wasn’t until I filed a claim with Shopify that they even did anything about it. No apology, no communication. Absolutely deplorable.
