Cancelations

Little River Cloth Company allows any order to be canceled upon request, prior to shipment. All order cancelations will incur a 5% restocking fee. The restocking fee will apply to the total order amount.

Returns

Customers are able to return any unused, unwashed, items within 20 days of delivery. Customer is responsible for paying return shipping and a 5% restocking fee per item. Customer must ensure their order number is enclosed in return package.

Returned Packages

If a package cannot be delivered due to an address error LRCC is happy to reship the items, provided customer pays the re-ship cost.

Lost, Undeliverable or Stolen Packages

LRCC is not liable for packages once they have been shipped. We will always do our part in helping locate your items.

You should also contact your local post office for additional assistance. Ensure you have your tracking number and all available tracking history ready.

If your package is not found after all attempts have been made, we are happy to assist with USPS claims, to the best of our abilities. LRCC cannot guarantee refunds or replacement items for these packages.

International Orders

Customs Duties may be due once orders have arrived in the recipient's country of residence. This is determined by the customs department upon inspecting incoming packages. LRCC is not liable to pay these dues.

Turnaround Time

All in stock orders ship within 3 business days. Pre order item will begin to ship within 10 business days from the date received by LRCC.  Holidays and weekends are excluded from these estimates. 

Manufacturing and Compliance 

LRCC diapers and inserts are manufactured in China. Our chosen manufacturer is Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act (CPSIA) certified. The safety of our customers and their families is important to us.
